Cancellation Policy

Collaborate with The Chamber and award winners to schedule filming times and storyboard each winner’s video in advance. Coordinate with award winners to schedule filming dates (it is assumed that award winners will complete filming by May 3, 2025) If a winner cannot schedule their filming date in April for valid reasons, High Country Storytelling will work with The Chamber to decide whether an exception should be made and schedule outside the 30 days as needed. Film each winner and capture the necessary B-roll (9 winners, 30 minutes per shoot, with an additional 30 minutes allocated for flexibility). Utilize an iPhone, tripod, lavalier microphones, and lights as needed. Edit and produce nine (9) custom 15-30-second videos, incorporating motion graphics and licensed music.
